We’ll Get You Back on Your Feet

Located in Churchville, NY, our Physical Therapy Clinic is unique because we believe in individualized care. We work one-on-one with patients to create comprehensive rehabilitation plans and then work alongside each patient, encouraging them to progress through their plan and improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion.

Our Fitness Center

Churchville Physical Therapy’s state-of-the-art fitness center is equipped with a full range of new Star-Trac exercise equipment. No matter what fitness level you are at, we have something for you.

Personal Workout Plans

Our fitness center is open to the public. We offer a first-time introductory session. During this session, a knowledgeable fitness advisor will show you the equipment and customize a work-out program specific to your goals. This session is included in the cost of your membership. We also have a team of professionals on site to assist with your exercise goals and guide you through any questions or concerns.

Cost

Our membership fee is $25 per month. There are no contracts, and no hassle.

Arthur Minery, MS, PT

Physical Therapist Arthur Minery is the owner of Churchville Physical Therapy. He loves this community and all of the fine people in the surrounding areas. He also enjoys working alongside his co-workers as they all strive to improve the overall quality of life for our patients.

Education & Special Credentials

  • B.S. Physical Education in 1994
  • AS in Psychology from Keene State College
  • B.S. Health Science in 2000
  • M.S. in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Nazareth College
  • Served 7 Years with the Army Infantry

Experience

After graduating from Nazareth College in 2001, Arthur worked at Geneva General Hospital, and then opened Churchville Physical Therapy in May of 2005.

Hobbies & Interests

Arthur is a firm believer in the prospects of the United States of America and strongly believes that we have the greatest nation in the world. He has a deep love and respect for his family which includes his wife and daughters.

Marietta Phillips, Churchville Physical Therapy, Churchville NY

Marietta Phillips, PT

Marietta Phillips knew she wanted to be a physical therapist since she was in high school. She had two friends who were injured in car accidents, and kept in touch with them throughout their physical therapy treatments. Marietta found the treatment and recovery process fascinating, inspiring her career.

Thomas DeLeo, DPT

Thomas DeLeo knew he wanted to become a physical therapist as he became aware of the negative effects an unhealthy lifestyle can have on the human body. He grew to appreciate the science of the human body and the positive effects of exercise. He loves the family atmosphere at Churchville Physical Therapy.

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2013 from Nazareth College
  • Bachelor of Science in Health Science May 2011 from Nazareth College
  • A.A.S. Physical Therapy Assistant May 1994

Experience

Thomas spent most of his PTA experience in outpatient sports orthopedic physical therapy clinics. Over the span of about 19 years, he developed strong manual skills, and worked with several area high school programs. After graduation, he worked per diem in outpatient orthopedics. In addition, he served 8 years with the Army infantry 1999 to 2008.

Hobbies & Interests

Thomas enjoys staying fit and enjoying the outdoors. He has fun snowboarding, skiing, hiking, biking, traveling, and social atmospheres that include friends and family. He also enjoys completing a variety of building projects. Thomas believes in being an active member in his community. He is grateful to have served in the United States Infantry and supports fellow veterans and their families.

Mark Chase, PTA

Mark always wanted to end up in a career that could keep him close to fitness, athletics, and sports. In high school, he injured his ankle and rehabbed in an outpatient clinic. This led him to look into physical therapy, and ultimately inspired him to pursue his career as a physical therapist assistant.

Mark has 15 years of experience in outpatient clinics and has worked at Churchville Physical Therapy for 5 years.

Hobbies & Interests

Mark enjoys fitness and sports, hunting, yard work, and landscaping. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Kristy Murphy, Office Manager

Kristy is the newest member to join the team. She has found her position to be just what she was looking for when she decided to make a career change. She has enjoyed meeting new people and building lasting friendships with patrons and coworkers.

Kristy was a part of a thriving orthopaedic surgery group for 18 years prior to coming to Churchville Physical Therapy. In that time she learned much about how to manage a successful practice from the bottom up. She fell in love with orthopaedics. The transition to an orthopaedic and sports medicine physical therapy practice was an easy choice to make!

Kristy enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has one young son that keeps her on the move.
